Rain Policy Individual Tickets If less than five (5) innings (4 & 1/2 if the Braves are winning) are played, tickets purchased for that date may be exchanged at the Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any future regular season home game excluding July 4th & July 5th. There will be no refunds given and tickets may not be upgraded. No exchanges will be made for complimentary tickets. Rain exchanges cannot be made by telephone. All exchanges must be made in person. In the event the second game of a double header is rained out, there is no rain check.
Group Tickets If you are scheduled for a group outing at The Diamond and the game is postponed due to rain, you have three options:
(1)Call the Braves Ticket Office to reschedule your group outing for any future regular season Braves game except July 4th or 5th. Group tickets must be exchanged at the Braves Ticket Office at least two days prior to the future game you wish to attend and will be exhanged for tickets of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be given and tickets may not be upgraded.
(2) If your group tickets have already been disbursed or you are unable to bring a group out to a future Braves game, group members may exchange the group tickets individually for any future regular season Braves game except July 4th or 5th. Tickets can be exchanged at the Braves Ticket Office or the Ticket Booths on the date of the game for tickets of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be given and tickets may not be upgraded.
(3) Tickets can be donated to The Braves Buddies Ticket Donation Program. The unused tickets donated to this program are distributed to local charitable youth organizations
