Alcohol – No Alcoholic Beverages may be brought into or taken out of the Diamond. Virginia law requires our concessionaire and vendors to request identification for anyone purchasing alcoholic beverages to ensure they are a minimum of 21 years of age. Aramark and the Braves reserve the right to refuse service to anyone determined to be intoxicated and anyone becoming unruly due to consumption is subject to removal and arrest. Sale of alcohol beverages will conclude at the end of the 7th inning. All-Star Parties – The Diamond is the perfect place to have a youth league team party. Click here for more details. Animals – Only certified guide dogs and Diamond Duck are allowed in the Diamond. ATM – An ATM is accessible to all Braves fans on the main concourse near the Braves Souvenir Shop. Autographs – Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players from both teams before or after each game. Please remember the players must be prepared for each game and the seating areas will be cleared of autograph seekers 15 minutes prior to each game. League rules do not allow players to sign autographs during any game. Also the Braves will also have two players available to sign autographs at a table on the main concourse each Sunday afternoon from 1pm to 1:30. Bags - All bags are subject to being searched. Banned Items - For the safety of all fans the following items are not permitted in the stadium: laser pointers, hard case coolers, glass bottles or cans, artificial noise makers, lawn chairs, banners and/or flags of any kind with a stick, alcohol or drugs, outside food and beverages, pets, beach balls, frisbees and other objects that can be thrown in the stadium. Baseball Camp - Dominic's of New York ® and the Richmond Brave Baseball Camp is designed to provide basic skill instruction on the fundamentals of the game of baseball. The camp will be led by the Richmond Braves manager, his staff and players. The camp will consist of two days of instruction and third day will be a scrimmage between the players and campers. All camp participants will receive a Braves T-Shirt, two tickets to a Braves game, and an awards picnic lunch following the last day. All camp award winners will be honored during pre-game festivities at a game. Birthday Parties and Announcements- The Richmond Braves offer Birthday Party packages to fans of all ages. Click Here for detailed information . Please take announcements to our Customer Services Booth on the main concourse prior to the sixth inning. Braves Buddies - The Braves Buddies Ticket Donation Program has been created to provide Braves Fans with a great way of investing in the future of Richmond’s next generation by awarding underprivileged youth with the opportunity to attend Richmond Braves games. Tickets donated to Braves Buddies are given to worthy youth organizations in the Richmond area. Budweiser Board - The Bud Board is located high above the right field wall and displays information on the game and scoring updates throughout the game. Cameras and Video – Fans are welcome to bring cameras and hand held video cameras into the Diamond as long as the equipment does not interfere with the enjoyment of the game to others. Please contact our Media Relations Department for use of equipment requiring use of a tripod. Cellular Phones – Use of cellular phones is permitted providing it does not interfere with the enjoyment of the game by others. Children’s Tickets - Children age two and younger do not require a ticket to attend a game at the Diamond. Community Outreach – Please contact our Community Relations Department to obtain information on speakers for your organization or club, appearances by Diamond Duck or players for your event. Concessions - A variety of foods and drink are available at stands throughout the stadium under the supervision of Aramark. A special Kids Concessions Stand is located at the far end of the 3rd base main concourse. No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the Diamond. Click here for a concessions directory. Connecticut the Indian - More than one fan has been startled by a giant man peering over the main concourse on the first base side of the Diamond. This sculpture was created by Paul Di Pasquale, the same artist who created the Arthur Ashe statue that sits on Monument Avenue, and loaned to the Diamond for its inaugural season. Connecticut, which means “beside the tidal flow”, became so popular with fans and visitors that the Braves purchased the sculpture with a grant from Signet Bank. Credit Cards - The Richmond Braves accept Visa, Master Card and American Express as payment for tickets in the business office, at the gates and on-line. Concession stands do not accept credit cards but an ATM is available on the main concourse. Credit cards are accepted at merchandise stands. Diamond Dollars – You may purchase Braves Diamond Dollars in advance of your visit to the Diamond. These certificates spend at concessions just like currency and is a great way for employers to reward employees on their night at the park. Diamond Duck – This 6 foot tall yellow feathered fellow became a Diamond regular way back in 1982. Famous for greeting birthday celebrants on the Braves Dugout, Diamond Duck leads the team in mischief and fun while making appearances throughout the community. Elevator - Use of the Diamond elevator is restricted to handicapped, elderly or authorized personnel. An operator runs the elevator during each home game. Fan Services - The Fan Services booth is located at the center of the main concourse. You may claim prizes, turn in or return lost items, purchase a program or ask any questions about our facilities and services at the Fan Services booth. Fan Mail - You can send mail to your favorite Richmond Braves player or staff member at PO Box 6667, Richmond, VA 23230 First Aid Room - The Richmond Braves First Aid Room is on the main concourse behind sections 111 – 112. All accidents and injuries should be referred to the first aid room. Foul Balls - Please be aware of balls and bats entering the stands from the playing surface. You may keep foul balls you catch, but remember the balls have been hit hard and are very dangerous. The Braves are not responsible for damage or injury caused by events on the field. No one may enter the playing field to retrieve a ball or bat for any reason. Anyone doing so is subject to arrest and ejection from the ballpark. Fundraising – The Richmond Braves partner with local non-profit organizations to help them raise money by selling Braves tickets. Click here for more information. Game Times - All game times are subject to change. Evening games begin at 7:00pm, Sunday games and weekday matinees usually begin at 2pm. Broad St. Individual Game Tickets – Tickets for games not included as Season Tickets or Mini-Plans go on sale during March of each year and remain on sale through seasons end. International League - The International League is one of the oldest leagues in the Minor Leagues. The 14 team circuit has headquarters in Dublin, Ohio and is headed by President Randy Mobley. The league has three Divisions and the winners of each division plus the top winning percentage among other clubs enter playoffs to compete for the Governors Cup Trophy and the privilege of facing the champion of the Pacific Coast League in the Triple-A Championship Game. The North Division features the following teams: Buffalo Bisons, Ottawa Lynx, Pawtucket Red Sox, Rochester Red Wings, Scranton/Wilkes Barre Red Barons and Syracuse SkyChiefs. Teams in the West Division are Columbus Clippers, Indianapolis Indians, Louisville Bats, and Toledo MudHens. The Richmond Braves are in the South Division along with the Norfolk Tides, Durham Bulls and Charlotte Knights. Jerseys - Purchase Braves replica game jerseys at the Braves Souvenir Store located on the main concourse of the stadium. Kids Club – The Richmond Braves offer fans 13 years of age and younger three different options to join Braves Kids Club. The Basic Membership, which is free; the Premium Membership which costs $15; and the Premium Plus Membership which costs $25. Click here for more details. Kids Concession Stand – The Richmond Braves offer fans 13 and under their own concession stand located on the main concourse on the third base side of the stadium. This stand offers menus and drinks for the smaller appetite. Kids Zone - If your kids have too much energy to sit still during the game visit the Kids Fun Zone at the third base end of the main concourse near the Kids Concession Stand. Kids can purchase tickets for the Moon Bounce and other attractions. Lost and Found – The Fan Services Booth directly behind home plate on the main concourse serves as our Lost and Found location. Please turn in any found items or inquire about things left behind anytime during the game. Major League Affiliation – The Richmond Braves are the top farm club of the Atlanta Braves and are owned by that franchise. Many Richmond alumni have contributed to the success of the Atlanta Braves. The relationship between Richmond and Atlanta is one of the longest affiliations in professional baseball currently lasting for 40 years. National Anthem – The Braves welcome talented singers and musicians wishing to perform the National Anthem prior to the start of each game to audition at the stadium. Office Hours – The Richmond Braves business offices are open 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday thru Friday during the season and 8:30am to 5pm during the offseason. Weekend game days the offices open at 10am and remain open throughout the game. Parking – Event parking is available on a first come- first served basis in lots around the Diamond for $3 per car. Special shuttle service is available from lots at the DMV on Hermitage Street for the July 4th & 5th games. Parking lots are operated by the Richmond Metropolitan Authority. Programs - Official Braves' yearbooks are available for only $2 at all Braves' games and in the Braves' front office. Radio Broadcasts – All Braves games are broadcast in 2007 on WRNL Sports Radio 910 am in Richmond by Robert Fish and Steve Patras. Rain Checks/Rain Outs – In the event a game is postponed or cancelled prior to the completion of 4 ½ innings with the Braves leading or five innings if the Braves trail, your ticket stub becomes your rain check. Just exchange that rain check at the ticket office for any future game with the exception of July 3rd or 4th, for a ticket of the same value. Re-entry - Re-entry into the stadium requires a ticket stub and hand stamp. Smoking Policy – Smoking is permitted in the concourse, sky boxes and adjoining patios. Smoking is not permitted in the seating areas of The Diamond. Super Suite – Looking for a place to hold a party for 75 or more folks? The Virginia 529 College Savings Suite located down the right field line at the Diamond offers fully catered service and accommodations for a very reasonable rate. Tickets – Braves tickets are available at the Braves offices, at our gates on game days, at the Advance Ticket Booth on the main concourse or on-line from Ticketmaster. The Braves offer full season packages, mini-plans and single game tickets. Ticket Booths - Ticket booths and Main Gates open approximately 1 hour before game time. Team of the Night – Each night one local youth team joins the Braves on the field for the National Anthem. A minimum purchase of 50 tickets is required to take part in this special program. Tours are available to be scheduled on non-gamedays; and due to space limitations in the areas we visit, we limit each tour to 25 people. Tours last approximately 30 minutes and the last stop on the tour is the Braves dugout. Following the tour, each group is welcome to pack a lunch or a snack and eat in the Braves' dugout! Umbrellas – Use of umbrellas is permitted at the Diamond as long as they do not interfere with the enjoyment of the game by others. Wheelchair Seating - Fans confined to wheelchairs will find seating on the main level of the Diamond behind home plate or at the far end of the third base line. Those in wheelchairs and their escorts may use the elevator on the ground floor of the Diamond to reach other levels. Will-Call – Tickets purchased in advance by phone may be picked up game nights at the Will-Call window (Booth C) at the Front Gate of the Boulevard entrance to the stadium.
